Completely rebuilt Oceanis 320.
Here is a rare opportunity to purchase an amazing pocket cruiser, turnkey, ready to go. The boat is on the hardstand at Racer Marina, probably the most affordable marina in SEA. She was purchased in 2018 by a lifelong sailor with an eye for perfection. All credit for the amazing build goes to him. I was lucky enough to have it for this past year. He completely rebuilt it from bow to stern. Nearly everything on this boat except the engine and the hull have been redone to the highest of standards. Further, even though many of these components on the boat were bought and installed 5 years ago, they have not seen much use as it was on the hard through covid and 2023. Here is the timeline:

2020-2021 – On the hard due to Covid

2024 – Purchased by current owner. Added many QoL upgrades and sailed by current owner

The boat and the rebuild cost the original owner over 2.5 million baht. Every component on the boat is of high quality. There is ONLY 316 stainless, ALL wiring is tinned and wired using imported connectors (just as a small example of the care that was taken), it is all correct and oversized, all components are top brands. There are no cheap parts or half measures on this boat.

The engine, while it does have high hours, was rebuilt and purrs. I have not had a hiccup from it the whole time I have owned it. The fact that it uses a tiller is a huge plus for a boat this size, giving you lots of room in the cockpit which is where most time is spent.

She is a sailor! With a S.A. / Displ. of 20.23 the boat gets going nicely even in the lightest breezes.

I have had an absolute blast sailing the Gulf of Thailand in 2024. My wife, not so much, thus the sale.

Anyone with boat knowledge will take a look at this boat and know that they are looking at something special. All systems are extremely robust. Just as an example there is a 400 Ah lithium battery bank, a 200 Ah AGM bank, a 100 amp Balmar alternator, 440W of SunPower solar, a wind generator, and a 2000W Honda generator. • Katadyn E40 water maker. I used it in 2024 but water generation was slow due to the need for a membrane replacement. I have sourced the membrane in Thailand for $580 but you can get off brand ones for cheaper.
• 140L Water Stainless Steel Tank under V Berth + 130l Water Plastic Tank under saloon Settee
• 12v Water Pump with separate Accumulator Tank new 2019
• Pressured Water in Galley, Head, and Cockpit Showers
• Pressurized Salt Water in Galley Head, Cockpit Shower, Anchor Locker. Pump may need replacing ($60). It stopped working just as I left the boat last.

Smart Boat

• I can be a bit nerdy so after buying the boat I started a “smart boat” project using a Magic Pi 4 and Home Assistant. I was mostly following a Youtube channel called Smart Boat Innovations. I have implemented some of the projects and they are great. All of this can be monitored through the boat’s tablet or from your phone. Most of the parts for other projects are there for anyone that wants to pick up where I left off. This is what I have done so far
• All NMEA2000 data is available online. So you could monitor wind speed, location, etc remotely
• Engine temp, exhaust water temp, cooling fluid temp, and alternator temp are all monitored with customizable high temp warnings
• Ability to on the fly put the alternator into “small engine mode” so that battery charging is reduced and the engine is taxed less
  Zigbee network so that you can add any number of sensors. Currently onboard there are bilge sensors, motion detector, CCTV camera, gas detector, with a siren
• Integrated with the victron solar charger for online remote monitoring. Easy to add the DC charger as well.
• Parts for battery monitor and bilge monitor are there.

Miscellaneous

• Foam of V berth cushions replaced new 2021 + custom-made topper.

• Fore Cabin is insulated on the ceiling and sides with a triple layer of Aluminum Bubble Foil, and the Salon has been insulated with a triple layer of Aluminum Bubble Foil. This keeps most of the heat radiation out of the boat and makes it significantly cooler.
